MEET THE BEANS

WHO WE ARE

Bean Co. recognizes that a family’s home is often their most important asset. Every client has a dedicated project manager, superintendent, and full support staff to make the building process as stress-free as possible. Bean Co. is committed to building with a process-oriented approach, producing a home in an efficient way, without compromising quality. Brad and Megan pride themselves on the amount of careful thought and consideration that goes into each and every step of the build process and they can’t wait to start work on your home and your legacy.

Meet the Team

  • Owner & Builder

A Dallas native and SMU alumni, Brad is passionate about building beautiful homes. Before starting Bean Co., Brad worked in both commercial and residential construction, garnering the experience he relies on daily while working with clients and leading the Bean Co. team of professionals. Above all else, Brad enjoys time with Megan (wife and Bean Co. co-founder) and their three children (and one dog!). Brad also enjoys golf, SMU football, and spending time with family.

  • Owner & Designer

Megan has always loved bringing personal style to life. She has been honing the art of bringing visions to life since her days in The Temerlin Advertising Institute at SMU. She and Brad met there in 2002 and married in 2005. They always dreamed of the houses they would one day build, driving the streets of Highland Park, picking out their favorites. Design has long been a passion of Megan's. From her experience in the Harold's Marketing Department, to the nonprofit sector, and then finally into the home building business, the common thread was always directing visions into reality. She's not afraid to design for the individual, instead of the masses. She jokes she has to design dinner every night for her 3 kids, Tally, Tucker and Tate. Megan loves running, swimming and playing with her charcoal lab, Teil. Bean Co. feels like a dream come true to her and she can't wait to help you with your home.

  • Assistant Project Manager

Zach is a Texas A&M graduate with experience in carpentry, home inspection, and home building. He enjoys working on one of a kind projects and solving challenges to accommodate his clients’ needs.

Away from work, Zach spends time hunting, working on his FJ Cruiser, building model planes, and pursuing his private pilots license.

  • Project Manager & Superintendent

Will grew up in Pampa, small town West Texas, the son of a farmer and rancher. The value and pride found in a hard day’s work were instilled into him from an early age, coming second only to the joy of spending quality time with his family and closest friends. After graduating from Texas Tech, Will spent several years in sports writing and broadcasting before moving to DFW in 2018 and beginning his career in home remodeling and renovations. Will currently lives in Plano with his wife, Paige, and two year old daughter, Blair. His passions include college football (particularly cheering on his Red Raiders) golfing, working with his hands on DIY projects, and spending quality time with the people he cares about.

  • Project Manager

Landri is a Texas Tech grad who came to Bean Co. with experience in accounting, finance, and project management. What Landri finds most rewarding about her job is the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their unique visions and ultimately deliver their dream homes. Landri brings extensive knowledge of space planning to the table, enabling her to craft homes that not only fulfill aesthetic desires but also serve practical needs. Outside of work, Landri enjoys golf, pickleball, and quality time with her four nieces in Abilene.

  • Project Manager & Superintendent

Jorge enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a vision and a plan come together in the creation of a new home. After working as a Superintendent for a few years, Jorge wanted to join Bean Co. for more specialized and custom jobs after gaining experience as a superintendent with another company, Jorge as an eye for detail and an orientation towards service. Jorge is a Texas Tech graduate and enjoys time with family, his girlfriend (Ericka), and dog (Ace).

  • Senior Superintendent

Gavin brings to Bean Co 40 years of construction experience as a carpenter, cabinet maker, and superintendent. An overseas trip to play rugby in Dallas morphed into years of renovation and homebuilding all across the metroplex.

Gavin loves to solve problems, is always looking to share his building talents with someone new to the business, and loves when he can make a client’s dream project come to life.

Additionally, Gavin enjoys golf, watching rugby, crying over the Dallas Cowboys and smoking large slabs of meat for friends and family to enjoy. Gavin and Tracey, his wife of 25 years, are parents to Davis (22), a recent college graduate and Abbie (19) a student on a path to become a paramedic. Their schnauzers Rua and Tank keep the family laughing.

  • Senior Superintendent

Aaron joined the Bean Co. team with 24 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and four years of service in the United States Marine Corps.  With his attention to detail and strong leadership abilities, Aaron enjoys helping clients build their dream homes.  Away from Bean Co, Aaron loves watching his three boys play sports, working out, and spending time with his wife Amy.

  • Accounting

Terri has a degree in accounting from UTD and has been in the accounting field for over 35 years. She enjoys working with clients and helping them understand the accounting process before and during their build. Outside of Bean Co, she enjoys volunteering with her church and other organizations, bike riding, hiking, reading, and swimming! She has three grandchildren and a dog named Jaxx.

  • Project Manager & Superintendent

Prior to Bean Co, Peter served as an officer in the Marine Corps for seven years and subsequently worked for three years on construction projects with the Department of Defense. A Texas A&M grad, Peter enjoys turning a client’s vision into a tangible reality through attention to detail and the ability to organize people toward a common goal. Peter also enjoys hunting, exercising, playing guitar, and his dog, Bo.

  • Office Project Manager

Before joining the Bean Co. team Amy was a Bean Co. client! As a Bean Co. client, she fell in love with the process of seeing the architectural plans come to life in a beautiful home for her family. She is now grateful to be a part of the team! Prior to joining Bean Co, Amy attended Baylor University and had a career as a Child Life Specialist. She enjoys learning new things, playing tennis, needlepointing, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband (Matt) have three children (Boyd, Charlie, and Mary Frances).
